D. Paths for transformation

¶ 1 Leave a comment on paragraph 1 0 The paths for transformation to which we have alluded above include clearer career paths and ways of developing support for researchers whose work cuts across “research” and “service.” The ultimate goal is to make non-tenure track staff jobs good jobs. Institutional bureaucracy moves slowly but there are some changes that may be effected more quickly and simply.
