I agree with the original comment – while this book looks very useful, not being about to download or print the content is a huge barrier to reading. When do you expect to have a downloadable version available?
Ms. Veldof-
Correction–I see now that you are referring to paragraph 63. J.P. Maul is not listed as an author according to traditional cataloging transcription rules, but the front matter of the book itself makes it clear that she is the principle author for the Harvard Business Review Press.
Mr. Palmer-
A downloadable version is in our workplan and should be available very soon. We agree that some readers might like a portable version to read offline. We of course, hope those readers will come back to the MediaCommons site and and share their comments on the content.
Kind of strange for a future of the book site to create a reading experience which is so inferior to a book. Can’t get it all on one page, can’t download whole thing, can’t print it — only choice is to sit and read on a live network connection, doing it the way the authors want. Entirely disempowering. Should install a link for downloading a PDF for those who do want to read it but can’t follow the prescribed behaviors demanded by the publisher!
